WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • We try to make every effort to fulfill orders as fast as possible, a typical order can take an average of 1-4 days to ship. However, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
  • Complimentary ground shipping usually within 1 to 5 business days.
  • In-store collection available usually within 1 to 7 business days.
  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery method. During the checkout process, input your zip code of your destination address to calculate the estimate shipping costs.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accepts the following payment methods:

  •  Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is completed.
  • Optimuliquor.com features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases. However at the moment we are updating our secured card checkout system so for now we will be accepting payments via CASH APP ZELLE VENMO APPLE PAY GOOGLE PAY, BITCOIN AND  PAYPAL
  •  PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

CAN I BUY ALCOHOL ONLINE WITHOUT ID?

Yes, you can purchase alcohol, beer, and spirits online and get it shipped directly to your door. To purchase alcohol online is just like purchasing anything else online, however, there are some states in the US where buying alcohol online is restricted. You have to be at least 18 years old to purchase and have a valid ID at delivery to sign the package. All products delivered must be signed by an adult over the age of 18.

CAN I SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS THAT AREN’T DISPLAYED IN STORE?

Yes you can! If it’s available from our distributors – we got it! Please send us an email or call us with your inquiry and we will make sure to help you to the best of our abilities.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, you can not add items to an existing order. We would either need to cancel your original order to create a new one or make a new order and combine them with adjusted shipping.

CAN YOU LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT MY DOOR OR WITH MY DOORMAN IF I’M NOT HOME?

Deliveries will not be left “at the front door” or other arrangement without such signature, all products delivered must be signed by an adult over the age of 18 and the amazing fact is that we also try to keep contact with the delivery company to make sure we know the where about of your shipment and always insist for them to call clients 30 minutes before delivery time to make sure they are home to receive their shipments or reschedule delivery time to make sure they are home to receive delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

We don’t accept any returns at this moment. If an order has been placed accidentally, please send us an email immediately for a refund to avoid a 10% restocking fee. 
All orders are shipped in durable boxes and packaged with layers of foam cushioning to protect the bottles. While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged properly and arrives safely, we are not responsible for goods damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for shipping insurance, customers that pay for shipping insurance can file a claim for a refund or resend.
 

Where is my order? Why has it not been delivered?

 
 We send email tracking information as each order is dispatched, which you can use to monitor your delivery. If you miss a delivery, or are unsure where it is, you should be able to resolve this with the courier.

However we are always here to assist if you experience any difficulties – feel free to get in touch.

Will there be Customs charges on my order? If so, how much will my charges be?

 

If shipping outside of the USA, your order is likely to be subject to Customs duty and taxes as it arrives in the destination country. You will be contacted directly by the delivery agency for this payment.
Unfortunately we don’t know how much the charges will be.

What happens if my parcel is damaged or lost?

 
 These issues are rare. Our couriers should report any issues to us before delivery takes place – but of course, sometimes this may not be clear until you open your package. If you receive an order and have any concerns whatsoever, please contact our customer service team immediately. They will help get it sorted by arranging a replacement to be sent where available, a refund, or a suitable equivalent. Please do not dispose of the packaging or products before speaking with our team first.

Do you offer weekend deliveries?

 
 We offer weekend delivery to most USA addresses. To check whether we can zip packages to your address specifically, enter your postcode at the checkout and click the ‘Pick a delivery date’ option. This will show you all of the available services and prices for your address.

Is there a minimum order?

 
 Yes, we do have minimum order amount of  100 USD. Just go ahead and place your order for whatever you fancy!

I placed my order, but when will I receive it?

 
 In most situations we’ll despatch your parcel the same day that the order was placed – however this isn’t always the case. If ‘Standard’ delivery was selected then your order may not be despatched until the day before your quoted delivery date. You will be sent the tracking information 6 to 12 hours that the order is despatched – if you have any queries at all, just get in touch.

How much is this in ‘x’ currency?

 
 We charge in USD, but you can convert prices to your chosen currency here: https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/ You can change the currency displayed on our website by clicking on the currency symbol at the top right of our website, just beside the ‘Login’ button. Prices shown in any other currency than USD are approximate, and should be used for illustrative purposes only. Exchange rates can change constantly, so always double check before purchasing.

When will the bottle I want be back in stock?

 
 Our buying team are always busy making sure we keep as many delicious boozes in stock as possible. Basically, as long as our suppliers have a bottle, we’ll keep it in stock. If something you’re after is listed as ‘sold out’ and you’d like to know when we expect it back in, just get in touch and we’ll hurry things along as much as we can.If something is listed as ‘discontinued’, this very sadly means we don’t expect it back in stock. We keep these pages listed so that you can see our bottling notes and all the customer reviews
 
Why isn’t your website offering me next day delivery? 
We always make sure we show you all the shipping options available. If next day delivery isn’t offered, sadly this means it can’t be fulfilled on this occasion. It might be to do with the specific product you’re after, the delivery address or destination, or you might have reached the check-out after our cut-off (it’s 9pm! Set your alarms, folks!).If you’d like to double check, just give us a call.
